Extreme Home Makeover: BEFORE

Okay so there are a lot of pictures on here. But most of them are the important ones! Or so I thought! But this is what our house looks like now. I'll take some after it's finished too. I tried to get them in order but them gave up. But I've labeled them all. Aftr I talked to our realtor today and told him that the current owner is planning on being finished on the inside by monday and the whole thing next friday, he said we'd probably be able to close the week after! So we will be in our house HOPEFULLY in 2 weeks!! YAY! Keep your fingers crossed! jfrtnb xd nv4v vjh fgh. That was Riley.

this is the stairs that go to the basement from outside.
There is an outside screen door.

This is one of the outside storage rooms. This is
the front one. I couldn't get one of the back, it was
too muddy.

This is the food storage room that is downstairs.

This is the 1 bedroom that is downstairs

This is the other storage room that is downstairs.

This will be the laundry room. The current owner
has a double deep sink to put in here too. Our plan
is to later put in a shower and toilet.

This is the furnace and waterheater room. It is
under the stairs.

This is part of the downstairs living room. It had
a fireplace once, but when it was forclosed upon
they took it. So we'll buy one eventually. There was
another picture that I took but I forgot to upload it.

Here's the stairs going up!

Here's the stairs going down!

This is the main bathroom. It's got a nice big sink!

Here is the tub in the main bathroom. The current
owner has been sleeping here in order to get things done.

This is the Master Bathroom. Not way big, but
it'll do for now!

This is the Master Bedroom from the inside.

This is the Master Bedroom from the doorway.

This is one of the pictures of the other bedrooms.
I accidentally deleted the other! As you can see
this is where the guy is sleeping. LOL.

This is the 3rd bedroom upstairs. It's smaller then
the other one.

Here is a picture of the 3nd bedroom from the doorway.

This is a view of the back stairs and deck that go to
the back door that enters the kitchen.

Here is the kitchen without the appliances and the
tile finished. Over on the far left he's going to finish
texturing and painting then will put in 2 shelves.

Here's the 2nd picture of the Kitchen. He's putting
board over the wall paper and then texturing and
painting it.

Here is the front room! Small but it'll be just fine!

This is the hallway that goes to the bedrooms and
the main bathroom. There is the closet at the end
of the hall that you see and one to the left of the
camera that you don't see.

This is front the left of the house. That's the back
door.

Here is the side of the house. It's set in what used
to be a trailer park so it's not straight in facing the
street.

Then this is the front of the house. The current
owner is also doing the yard. He has put in a
sprinkling system too.

WE GOT IT!!

Okay so it's been over a week since we got the good news, but they ACCEPTED the offer on the house!! YAY! So we're very excited. The are currently remodeling the whole inside, so I plan on going over soon to take some pictures of it before the finish so I can have before and after pictures. It's so great! We've been going over and keeping up with the construction and things are coming along nicely. They had to redo the heating system last week and tomorrow the plumber is coming to redo the pipes cause there are so many leaks so the guy decided to just have them all redone rather then repairing so many leaks! So soon I'll have a new post with pictures! But I gotta update some how! :)

Kaylynn is now rolling over both ways and can move around on her belly. I doubt she'll be crawling by 5 months like Riley but she can move! She also is 4 months old now! *tear* I can't believe how fast it's gone by! Riley is very excited for our new house. He loves to go look at it, and calls it Riley's house! LOL

Isaiah and I are doing well. He's still working lots and loving his job. Me I'm just being the mommy. I'm SO ready for a break some days, and yesterday I found out that Kaylynn REFUSES to take a bottle. In any form, with milk or juice. So I'm happy but bummed cause then I can never leave her for more then 3 hours! Oh well! But otherwise we're all happy and doing great! We did order our family picture from Bryners finally! When I can I'll scan it into the computer and post it too!

Good News

Okay so I don't have any pictures for this post, but it's been a few weeks and I figured I'd post something to keep everyone informed of what's been going on! Riley's stitches have come out. That wasn't too big a problem. Just clipped the knot and pulled them out. He did better for that then putting the stitches in. Of course! Kaylynn is rolling over. Once I figure out how to do a video I will post it on here of her rolling over. She's getting so good at it! She also is weighing in at 12 lbs now. So she's getting big! She'll be 4 months old on the 5th this next week! Crazy! Isaiah is still doing well at his job and still loving it. Me, no big changes there. But something really neat is this week we decided to go look at some houses. Well we found one we really liked that's just a few blocks over. It's a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with a basement. It's about 2100 sq ft. Which is awesome! We made an offer on it on Wednesday and they came back with a counteroffer yesterday and we counteroffered back. So we'll see what happened. We're really hopefull and very excited!

First Stitches

He kept moving so its blurry. But this was
after he got his stitches.

These were after he got stitches.

This one is better at how wide it is just
not as close.

I know it's bright but you can kind of see how
wide open it was.

Before leaving for the hospital

Okay I know these pictures aren't the best, and they are kind of out of order, but we had our first set of stitches yesterday! We went to Duchesne for a few days to attend some of the things at the fair this week, and yesterday we were getting ready to head home and Riley bounced on my mom's excersize ball and bounced off right into one of their metal bar stools. He ended up cracking his head open pretty good and getting a few bruises on his back. Now my parents and Isaiah will tell you I freaked out. I didn't FREAK out, I did get worried and I knew he needed stitches, but I didn't freak out. We ended up deciding to just take him to the hospital here in Price, so we didn't have to add an extra hour onto our drive time home. We waited in the ER for about an hour or so until we got back and the doctor had to push the fat back down cause it had rolled up underneath to make the wound open wider. After that he only ended up needing 2 stitches. After taking a nap and getting some tylenol he was fine and has been acting like his crazy self ever since!

Grant and Kaylynn

Isaiah's brother Joe and his wife Angela were up this weekend with their new son Grant. He and Kaylynn are exactly 8 weeks apart. So we took some pictures to comepare.

24th of July

I am SO slow at this lately and I'm sorry. But here is a few pictures from the 24th. Isaiah had to work that day, but got off early enough that we were able to take Riley to his sister Kara's house for some fireworks, so illegal so not. LOL. We all had a great time. Some of the neighbots kept lighting off illegal fireworks and Riley loved watching them. He had to sit in the go cart (that didn't work) most of the time. He even played with one sparkler. He wasn't too sure of it. but we had a good time. Even Kaylynn was good!
